These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9yyyy platform, including all features, services, content, betting markets, casino games and promotional offerings made available through the Platform. Accounts that do not complete the required KYC verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawal requests suspended or accounts restricted. KYC requirements apply universally to all users and are not a penalty — they are a standard anti-fraud and regulatory compliance measure.

Account Closure by User: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 9yyyy support team. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with applicable responsible gambling rules. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally subject to verification requirements being met.

Your use of the 9yyyy platform is subject to the following general conditions of use. These conditions apply at all times and supplement the specific provisions in later sections of these Terms.

Personal Use Only: The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any systematic or automated access to the Platform, scraping of odds data, or use of the Platform to develop competing products or services is strictly prohibited.

Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access and use the Platform. 9yyyy does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or device-level issues on your end.

Accuracy of Information: While 9yyyy strives to ensure that odds, game information and promotional content are accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information displayed on the Platform. Odds and markets are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. Only a confirmed bet slip constitutes a binding wager.

Platform Availability: 9yyyy may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to all or part of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons or at our discretion, with or without advance notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruptions during peak usage periods, including major cricket fixtures such as PSL finals and ICC tournament matches.

All deposits to your 9yyyy account must be made from a payment source that is legally held in your own name. 9yyyy does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from anonymous or unverified sources will be refused and returned where technically possible.

The following payment channels are referenced as familiar options for users in Pakistan — their listing here does not constitute any claim that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 9yyyy or any gambling service:

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your 9yyyy account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and in Section 8 (Bonuses & Promotions) where applicable.

Identity Match: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9yyyy account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous channels or accounts in a different name are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

KYC Verification: Completion of identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed verification will be prompted to do so when a withdrawal is requested. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of address.

Wagering Requirements: Where a player has an active bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount, depending on bonus terms) can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Right to Review: 9yyyy reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering or terms compliance purposes prior to processing. During such a review, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the review. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.

9yyyy may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly covered by them.

Wagering Requirements (WR): Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable WR multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms. Contributing games and bet types vary — for example, live casino games, sports bets and slots may contribute at different percentages toward a wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse: 9yyyy actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using arbitrage strategies to systematically exploit bonus terms; or coordinating with other users to circumvent promotional restrictions. Where bonus abuse is detected, 9yyyy reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict the account and recover any costs incurred.

Expiry: Unclaimed or inactive bonus offers may expire. Specific expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Promotional Eligibility: 9yyyy reserves the right to exclude specific players from any promotion at its discretion, without prior notice, where eligibility conditions are not met or where participation would conflict with responsible gambling obligations for the player in question.

All bets, wagers and casino game rounds placed on 9yyyy are governed by these Terms and any applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing a wager.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Until confirmed, a bet is not binding. 9yyyy reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Obvious Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds (for example, a cricket match winner being priced at 100/1 due to a system error when the correct price should be 1/3), 9yyyy reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player, regardless of the stated outcome of the event.

Void Bets: Bets may be declared void under certain circumstances, including event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, force majeure events, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on 9yyyy are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for electronic games or by live dealer processes for live dealer titles. Game outcomes are independent of previous rounds. RTP (Return to Player) percentages where displayed are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In-Play Betting: Live or in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, UFC and other sporting events. Odds in live markets update continuously. • Wagering Limits: Controls on total wager volume within a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period, after which betting activity is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Controls that automatically log you out after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or other durations) during which the account cannot be accessed or reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended account closure for users who determine that they need to stop gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed without challenge and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9yyyy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where warranted:

• Opening more than one account, either personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of funds, or any other activity in breach of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors with the intent to generate unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripting tools or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not provided for by the standard user interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming promotional offers more than once.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

• Any conduct that could damage the reputation, technical infrastructure or commercial interests of 9yyyy.

All content on the 9yyyy platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, odds feeds and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 9yyyy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 9yyyy.

Any unauthorised use of 9yyyy intellectual property, including but not limited to reproduction of odds data, screen-scraping of game content or misuse of the 9yyyy brand name or logo, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9yyyy, its directors, employees, agents, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 9yyyy specifically excludes liability for:

• losses arising from gambling activity, including winnings not paid due to technical malfunction where the malfunction rendered the outcome uncertain or void;
• losses arising from the interception or misuse of your account credentials by unauthorised third parties;
• losses arising from internet connectivity failures, mobile network interruptions or device failures beyond our control;
• losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics or content displayed on the Platform;
• losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination by Player: You may request closure of your 9yyyy account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (after deduction of any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via a verified payment method in your name, subject to standard KYC and compliance checks.

Termination by 9yyyy: 9yyyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account immediately and without advance notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Platform rules.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing or any other criminal activity.
• Account determined to be held by a minor.
• Account dormancy in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction or other legally binding instruction requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited at 9yyyy's discretion. Original real-money deposits (excluding any amounts tainted by fraudulent activity) will be handled in accordance with applicable law and operator policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9yyyy holds its operating license, without regard to the conflict of law principles of any other jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first raise the matter with the 9yyyy support team at the contact details set out in Section 17. 9yyyy is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, and 9yyyy's applicable license jurisdiction provides for an independent dispute resolution service (ADR), you may have the right to refer the matter to that service. Details of applicable ADR arrangements will be provided by the support team upon request and are accessible through the operator's licensing authority.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your own jurisdiction.

9yyyy reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users by one or more of the following methods: notification within the Platform interface, email to the registered address, or publication of a revised Terms document with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication or notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Account closure will be processed in accordance with Section 14.
